Sean "Diddy" Combs Went to the Hospital on Saturday

As Page Six reports, the 56-year-old rapper was picked up from federal prison in an ambulance around 1 a.m. on Saturday morning. He was then treated for a non-life-threatening head injury.

Combs reportedly returned to Fort Dix later that morning. He was reportedly conscious and speaking, though it is unclear what caused the injury.

"We are aware of the reports concerning Sean Combs and are working to confirm the circumstances," a rep for Combs told Page Six. "Sean's health and well-being are our immediate concern, and we appreciate everyone who has reached out."

The Rapper Is Trying To Get a Presidential Pardon

Combs was charged with two counts of transportation for prostitution in July 2025. He is currently serving a 50-month sentence and is expected to be released on March 2, 2028.

That hasn't stopped Combs from trying to get out early. Last week, it was revealed that the rapper tried to get a letter to President Donald Trump.

It was confirmed that the message was hand-delivered by none other than Mike Tyson. The boxer told Andy Cohen on SiriusXM's Andy Cohen Live that he remains friendly with Combs.

"I did what he told me to do, yeah," Tyson told Cohen.

In another report, a source alleged that President Trump did receive Combs' letter from Tyson.

"Mike admitted he was feeling nervous about it, but agreed to take it to the White House when he visited," the alleged insider said earlier this year. "It wasn't something he was expecting when he met with them, but Mike did what he was asked."

Page Six also reports that Combs is living a "pampered" life in prison. Four anonymous sources say people cook and clean for the rapper. He also has access to a cellphone, antidepressants, and premium liquor.
