Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are going strong thirty years after they married. In fact, they seem more in love than ever after raising three daughters and dealing with his drinking. To celebrate their thirtieth wedding anniversary, McGraw posted a passionate message on Instagram that said this in part.

"It's difficult to describe what she means, she is the center of gravity to my life and our girls' lives and anyone who knows Audrey Faith McGraw. You are my best friend. My lover. My wife. My shelter in any and every storm. And the sunrise afterwards...."
What woman wouldn't be thrilled to get an affirmation of love like that from her man? Nevertheless, Faith Hill was not the first important female in Tim McGraw's world. He was once engaged to Kristine Donahue.
McGraw Spoke a Decade Ago About First Meeting Hill
The married country music twosome were guests on The Bobby Bones Show in 2016. When Tim McGraw talked about meeting Faith Hill in Nashville at the Country Radio Seminar, it was clear that a major romantic spark was being kindled between them right away.
McGraw candidly shared, "We were both doing the new faces show, and like Clay Walker was there, still a good friend, great guy. And we were backstage and we did this big group picture. And I was dating somebody at the time, and I met Faith, and when I left the person I was dating says, 'Um, I don't know if I want you to say hi to her anymore.' It was immediate."
The other person was his then-fiancee, Kristine Donahue.
Donahue Found the Clip of Her Former Fiance and Hill and She Reacted
It seems that Kristine Donahue discovered the Bobby Bones clip with her ex and his now-wife discussing their relationship. Hard to tell if she is still carrying a torch for Tim McGraw or a grudge. Whichever it is, Donahue posted a strong message about it on TikTok along with the clip that sent her spinning.
She wrote, "Imagine minding your own business watching Bobby Bones...and suddenly your ex-fiance is telling a story about YOU from 30+ years ago. Yes. I was the girlfriend. Yes. I was standing beside Tim when he met Faith. And apparently I said, 'I don't think I want you to talk to her again.' Women's intuition, y'all. IT DOES NOT MISS. And in the most perfect twist, today is Tim & Faith's 30th wedding anniversary."
Kristine Donahue went on, "Clearly I was onto something. Happy Anniversary to two people who were obviously meant to find each other."
