Miranda Lambert has released 12 studio albums. So, at this point in her career, you'd expect another release to be just par for the course. Turns out, she still gets just as nervous.

During a recent interview with Southern Living, Lambert discussed the emotions that she goes through when releasing a new album out into the wild.
"I always get weird when records come out, because it's your heart on a page," Lambert said.
Fortunately for her, she isn't too worried about her latest album, which dropped on Friday, Oct. 2.
"I don't feel worried about this one, because I never really set out to have any expectation for it except to enjoy it," Lambert said. "I think that's a good place to be."
According to Spotify, Lambert's latest album, titled "Crisco," has been doing quite well. In less than a week, it already has multiple songs with millions of plays. "Crisco" has been streamed over 2.5 million times. "Snakeskin Boots" featuring Ella Langley, has already surpassed the 1 million mark, as has "Till The Going's Gone."
It's been a strong start for Lambert's latest work, and one that will likely continue to pick up steam in the coming weeks.
Miranda Lambert Drew Inspiration From Dolly Parton
In a recent interview with Billboard, Lambert revealed that she drew inspiration from the late Dolly Parton.
"Dolly's all over this, energy-wise," Lambert said. "I feel like Dolly's one of those people who will be here forever, even if it's not on this Earth, but she's always been an angel, anyway. I feel like she's going to show up even more in our music and just keep influencing and blazing the trail even from up there."
Parton sadly passed away on August 25. She was 80 years old. However, her influence on the country music scene will continue to shape the genre for generations to come. Lambert is simply paying homage to one of the scene's greatest talents.
With so much experience and a staple of talent to draw inspiration from, Lambert will likely continue making music for the foreseeable future. After all, when every album is well received, why would you stop?
