Dolly Parton’s Nephew Taunts Estate Lawyers Over Hidden Cameras Amid Bitter Legal Fight

The legal battle between Dolly Parton's estate and her nephew Bryan Seaver just took another unexpected turn.

Things were already tumultuous between the two parties after Seaver and his company were axed from the role of head of security. Especially because He and his company were responsible for protecting the property for the better part of the last two decades.

In response to him and his security being terminated, Bryan and his company called out the singer's longtime business manager, Danny Nozell, and Pinnacle Bank. In a statement to TMZ, Seaver and his team said that they were "dismayed by the unexpected and so far unexplained actions" in the weeks following his aunt's death. He also vowed to "fulfill [Dolly's] final directive to protect her family."

"We refuse to be intimidated by those whose actions we believe are being taken in bad faith and with the intent to profit from the life of someone who willingly gave so much," the statement adds.

Parton's Nephew Threatens Estate Over His Removal

Brian apparently took that mission to heart. After being axed by the estate, he sent a series of threatening messages to Nozell. His threats were met with a temporary restraining order being filed against him by the estate. It was granted by Davidson County Chancery Court Judge I'Ashea Myles. This will ban him from coming within 1,00 feet of the estate's properties. At least until the next court hearing on Friday (October 9).

An attorney for the estate had trouble serving Seaver with the restraining order in person. So they opted to contact Parton's nephew via email. Needless to say, the exchange was anything but pleasant. He accused the estate of hiring private investigators to install cameras in his home. In an attempt to serve him with the notice.

"Tell your private investigators to come pick up their cameras: My dogs ate them and my kids used them for batting practice. I tied the 3rd one to a coyote, and you're probably getting some good footage from that. Not much left to pick up, but if you want them, they can pick up the scraps," the email reads.

Sounds like Dolly's estate will have their hands full trying to remove Seaver from the estate
