Jamie Dugan, a "Survivor:China" alum, failed to return Harper Huffman to his father following a weekend visit on Aug. 30, the Daily Mail reported.

In a Sept. 21 order obtained by the Daily Mail, Spartanburg County Family Court Judge M. Todd Thigpen held Dugan in direct contempt after she kept Harper from his father and missed later court dates.

The FBI is investigating the pair's whereabouts.

"Survivor: China" contestants Erik Huffman and Jamie Dugan divorced in 2024. The couple, who met on the reality show, was married for 17 years.

Dugan filed for divorce, citing marital infidelity, domestic violence, substance abuse and attempted sexual assault, according to court filings.

She also accused Huffman of being sexually attracted to me and provided several texts of him flirting with men.

Before their split, the couple welcomed a son, Harper, who is now considered "missing and endangered."

Harper was last seen five weeks ago. A judge has ordered Dugan's "immediate arrest."

"Survivor" Star Opens Up on Son's Disappearance

As the search continues, Harper's father, Erik Huffman, said he does "fear" for his son's "safety."

"Harper's safety and wellbeing is my top priority right now, and getting him back safely is extremely important," he told the Daily Mail.

Huffman added that being separated from his beloved son has been tough.

"He was really coming into his own and had a very stable life with me. I hate that he's been ripped away."

Huffman was awarded custody of Harper in the couple's eight-day divorce trial, with Dugan getting every-other-weekend visits.

Despite their messy divorce, Huffman desired for his son to have a healthy relationship with his mother.

"Throughout my separation and divorce, I've desired for Harper to have a relationship with his mother," he told the Daily Mail.

The concerned father admitted that, now, he believes his Dugan threatens his son's safety.

"I truly am concerned about her mental stability and his safety. I feel like I've been working night and day on this," he said.

"I've made it my own investigation to try to get answers, driving across South Carolina, speaking to various law enforcement. It's been a logistical nightmare. It's been stressful and it's been tough. I'm very worried about my son."
