One Tree Hill actress Sophia Bush reveals in her upcoming memoir that she and Ashlyn Harris are married.

When Did Sophia Bush Get Married?
As PEOPLE reports, the 44-year-old actress divulges her relationship status in her book, And I Will Tell You Mine: Notes from a Life in Progress.
Bush shares that she and Harris, a former goalkeeper for the United States women's national soccer team, exchanged vows in a small, intimate ceremony in upstate New York in the summer of 2025. The couple has been together for three years.
"When you get to this stage in your life, you begin to unpack what's yours and what's always sort of been for everyone else," Bush shared.
She added, "It's such a privilege to be able to perform as an athlete or an actor, but it also comes with certain costs."
The small event focused on the couple's family. Harris' two children, Sloane and Ocean, attended, and the family spent the evening roasting marshmallows.
"The kids were just running and happy, and we picked flowers from the property, and our daughter Sloane was holding them," said Harris. "It was so fun for them, because it wasn't this pressure-filled day that's too much for young kids."

After the ceremony, Bush and Harris traveled across the country to share the news in person with their loved ones. Afterward, Bush knew it was time to tell the world she was married. She added she was tired of calling Harris her "partner."
"You're not my partner, you know? You're my wife," Bush told Harris. "And it feels so amazing to say that."
The decision to share their relationship publicly also had a lot to do with visibility, Harris said. She noted that it "matters" to young people who may not yet feel seen.
"This conversation is not about Sophia and I. We know the love we share," Harris added.
Bush was previously married to her One Tree Hill costar Chad Michael Murray from 2005 to 2006. She was also wed to Grant Hughes from 2022 to 2024.
