Audrina Patridge and Michael Ray have gone their separate ways. The star of the MTV reality show The Hills shared the news with PEOPLE last week.

Audrina Patridge Once Said She Was Open To Marrying Michael Ray
Patridge and Ray dated for two years before breaking up in July. She shared her updated relationship status last week while attending an opening in Los Angeles on Sep. 24.
Two months before the breakup, the 41-year-old reality star told reporters she was open to marrying the 38-year-old Ray. Both had been through divorce, so they "know what not to do and what we want" in a marriage.
Patridge shares a daughter with ex-husband Corey Bohan. Ray was previously married to singer Carly Pearce.
Rumors of a relationship between Patridge and Ray began in April 2024, when fans noticed the "Whiskey and Rain" singer liked a post Patridge took from Stagecoach. Two months later, Patridge posted a pic of her and Ray kissing.
In July 2024, they made their relationship official on Instagram. Patridge uploaded a pic of her and Ray embracing. The caption quoted "Hold," one of Ray's songs. It read, "'There's a lot of things in life worth letting go, but the ones that mean the most, you gotta hold.'"
Carly Pearce Said Being Married to Ray Made Her Stronger
Last year, Pearce dished about her eight-month marriage to Ray on the Dumb Blonde podcast. She told host Bunnie Xo that "it was very clear" to her that it "just wasn't a marriage."
"It wasn't what I signed up for," said Pearce. "It just wasn't the marriage that I know I deserve. I knew that very quickly."
Pearce then thanked Ray, saying that their brief time together helped her learn more about herself.
"You taught me how strong I am, put me through things that have made me better now," she said. "I don't wish him evil. I'm so glad that I'm not in that anymore. I think that I was really shown just how much I care about me, you know?"
As for Patridge, she said she is starting to date again, but she is "not rushing into anything."
