Actor Chad Lowe's daughter, Fiona, has passed away. She was 13 years old.

In a statement following Fiona's passing, Lowe and his family shared their message. They stated that they were "deeply heartbroken" by the unspeakable loss.

"We are deeply heartbroken by the loss of our beloved Fiona. She was a loving young girl who was smart, creative, and loved to dance," her family shared in a statement to Page Six on Tuesday (September 29).
"Her sisters adored her, and her parents deeply loved her. In fact, she was the light of our lives. Her passing is devastating for our entire family, and we ask for prayers and privacy at this time.
No cause or manner of death for Fiona has been confirmed or made public. However, her family concluded the statement by urging those struggling with mental health to seek assistance.
"If you or someone you know is struggling with mental health, please reach out to the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988," the statement concluded.
The principal at Fiona's school echoed a similar sentiment in an email sent out to parents and students in the aftermath of her passing.
"Counselors are available to meet with students and staff who may need emotional support during this difficult time," the email reads (via Page Six)
Lowe shared Fiona with his wife, producer Kim Painter. Lowe and Painter also share two other daughters. 17-year -old Mabel, and 10-year-old Nixie.
The actor, father of three, detailed his experience being a girl dad on the "Still Here Hollywood" podcast in August 2024. He also discussed how it has shaped his perspective on women and the inequalities that they face.
"It takes what I've known intellectually about women and all of equality and the glass ceiling that's there, and how it's a misogynistic world in a lot of ways ... and it's put it in my heart, because I have three daughters," he said. "And so I look at the world, really, from their perspective."
