Love was certainly in the air when Travis Kelce married Taylor Swift back in July. But it wasn't limited to just the newlyweds. According to sources, actress Dakota Johnson and singer MGK connected at Madison Square Garden and have been seeing each other ever since.

An insider shared with PEOPLE that Johnson and MGK, formerly known as Machine Gun Kelly, "had met before" Swift and Kelce's wedding. But something was in the air that fateful summer day, and the two "hit it off."
The Madame Web actress and "Emo Girl" singer "have been hanging out and seeing each other under the radar for months now." They "started off as friends and were texting often, but now they're spending more time together."
The source added, "It's a very new start, but they're smitten with each other right now." MGK, whose real name is Colson Baker, has been telling friends he "is very into" Johnson and that she is "amazing."
According to the source, the two "haven't put a label on their relationship yet. They are just seeing where spending time together will take them."
Johnson Has a Thing For Musicians
According to reports, MGK and Johnson have been seen together in New York City over the last week. They were also seen visiting Swift at her apartment before returning to a hotel.
But maybe this pairing isn't as unusual as we thought. MGK certainly isn't the first musician that Johnson has dated. She was linked to singer/songwriter Role Model, but a source confirmed in August that the two broke things off "a while ago."
Johnson was also linked to Coldplay's Chris Martin between 2017 and 2025. They were reportedly engaged for "years."
MGK has been linked with Transformers actress Megan Fox. Once engaged, they are now co-parents to their daughter, Saga Blade.
Later this year, Johnson will be appearing in the adaptation of Colleen Hoover's Verity with Josh Hartnett and Anne Hathaway.
