Country singer Colt Ford has had a pretty unfortunate experience. In case you missed it, he had a pretty terrifying tour bus crash last month.
We covered it when it happened. He'd took to social media and explained he had to be pulled through the tour bus' windshield.
He captioned the gnarly image, "One minute you're headed to Germany for a show and prepping for a single release the next thing you know your bus is in the ditch and you're getting pulled through a windshield with a broken shoulder by first responders. The crew is a little banged up but we're all still here."
Because of the crash, he was left with an injured shoulder that required surgery. This was something the country singer and his team thought would sort everything out. But, that's unfortunately not what's happened.

The Country Singer Opened Up to Fans
As reported by NJ.com, Ford has spoken out in a heartfelt video message for the first time since the crash... and it's not good news.
"I just want to thank y'all so much," he began his message. "[Thank you] for all the love, the support and the prayers I've gotten over the last few weeks since my bus crash. It's every artist's nightmare, and it's been 20 years, and it finally happened."
He continued by explaining that he'd underestimated things in the injury department. "I was hurt a little bit more than we realized," he explained, "and I'm having to cancel the rest of the year".
He also confirmed that he would need to have a follow-up surgery. But, he was committed to "getting back out there next year". He added, "I ain't gonna let the Devil win, but in the meantime I'd already been working on some new music. I got about a handful of them. I'm going to give it to ya."
He finished the message by proclaiming that he "ain't no fake redneck", before saying, "I'll see y'all next year, I love y'all. God bless you."
This comes after he was forced to withdraw from his attendance at the Virginia state fair. The announcement there gave us an indication that things were more bleak than expected.
