Brian Hickerson and his brother Zach found themselves in handcuffs following a night out at a South Carolina bar. To make matters worse, Brian allegedly claimed that the police had leaked details about his late girlfriend, Hayden Panettiere.

"Brian was ultimately released, but Zach was taken into custody for disorderly conduct and brought to jail," the Greenville Police Department told TMZ.
The incident that landed Brian and his brother in cuffs allegedly began when he picked up a bar stool and slung it behind him. Sources that spoke with TMZ alleged that the brothers had been drinking for hours at Wild Wing Cafe.
After the hours-long drinking, Brian is said to have approached people at the bar to chat. A video later shows Brian being lifted into the air by someone behind him. At that moment in the video, it appears that Brian is in a dispute with others within the establishment. He was then carried out of the bar.
At some point during the incident, Brian was then handcuffed by the police before yelling, "GPD leaked it when my girlfriend died." Of course, the girlfriend in question is the late Panettiere.
TMZ has noted that while Zach was arrested for disorderly conduct, Brian was later released with no arrest taking place.
Wladimir Klitschko Recently Paid Tribute to Hayden Panettiere
Brian is reported to have been the person who found Panettiere following her death. However, he isn't the only one impacted by her loss. Former world-class boxer Wladimir Klitschko has a daughter, Kaya, with Panettiere. He recently paid tribute to the mother of his child in a touching statement on her birthday.
"Today is Hayden's birthday. Instead of celebrating the way we had planned, today we celebrate her life, her spirit, and the love she brought into this world," he wrote in the Instagram post. "I want to thank all of Hayden's fans, friends, and everyone who has reached out for the incredible outpouring of love and support. At a time filled with so much sadness, your kindness has reminded me that there is still so much good in humanity."
Klitschko and Panettiere were separated. Kaya lives in Ukraine with her father. Still, Panettiere's death would undoubtedly have hit him hard.
As for Brian, he is clearly working through a difficult period in his life. Hopefully, he can avoid any further issues with the police moving forward.
