"I am going away for a couple of weeks to get myself and my priorities back in order. I want to thank Ella for having me out on tour and wishing her the BEST in Auburn tonight and the rest of the tour," the country star continued.
The country artist's post concluded, "I look forward to coming back better and stronger. I owe it to myself and those affected by my actions, that starts now. Love y'all,"

The Country Artist Updated Fans
And now, as he promised, he's given an update to fans. He posted some pictures and videos of scenic mountain views - and also told fans about what he was up to. "Just checking in," the country artist wrote. "Thank you for all the love and support... Bottom line is I was LOST... i recon I still am ... but the search is on..... And that's new to me...."
He continued by explaining what he's been doing in his newly found time off. "If anything, through this time, I am really starting to touch back in with my relationship with God... growing up in the church / Christian school, I would say I got a bit burnt out on it all."
He continued by explaining that he was tired of "relying on [his] own (dumba**) way". "I don't have many answers at all... But I do know where it's starting... a dialogue with something greater than ME."
He clarified to fans that he's not "preaching", but he knows he has a "beautiful life, family and friends that deserve me at my best."
He finished his update post by saying he "just wanted to let y'all know I'm taking this time to dig and discover," adding, "I love y'all... and I love country music... Il be back to both soon!"
