Just ask Kevin Clancy. The Barstool Sports personality took to Instagram to share why he finds the third season of the drama so frustrating, and one of its stars dropped a message for the show's fans in the comments. We have the details below.

Clancy posted a video on Wednesday, Sep. 2, to rant about the twisty spy show.
"Why on Earth did they make Lioness multiple timelines?" he asks in the clip. He calls the decision "one of the truly great mysteries of our time." He also explains the reason for his confusion in the caption
"One of the most BAFFLING decisions I've ever seen from a television show. Just absolutely no reason for S3 of Lioness to be told through multiple timelines," he wrote.
"Completely confusing and in my opinion, doesn't add to the value of the show," he adds. "Feels like they're just doing it to do it."
He then shared that the source of his confusion revolves around the kidnapping of Joe McNamara, played by Zoe Saldaña.
"Every time I think we are in the time line where Jo has been kidnapped she pops up on the screen," he wrote.

The debate over the unusual storytelling device being used in this season of Lioness raged on in the comments, with some telling Clancy he needs to pay closer attention to the plot. Others seemed just as confused as he is.
But one commenter caught our attention, and she offered the podcaster some solid advice on how to make it through the rest of the season.
"Just keep watching! Promise you won't regret it!" replied Saldaña. She added some laughing emojis to the comment.
Saldaña talked earlier this year about what she loves about playing McNamara. She said the character was "conditioned very early on in her life to take on a great deal of responsibility."
She added, "What Taylor does so beautiful is showing us, by challenging Joe with unexpected events in her personal life but also in her work life, that maybe she can't [do it all]. And it makes you question whether or not that's bad, if you can't do it all."
