As revealed in the documents, Biermann was indicted by a Georgia grand jury on Thursday (August 3) on a slew of assault charges. Those charges included aggravated child molestation, aggravated sodomy, aggravated sexual battery, three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a child under 16, and false imprisonment.

Zolciak's Son Hit With Slew of Assault Charges

The indictment comes after the reality star's son allegedly assaulted a minor under the age of 16. Back in April of this year.

According to the documents, Bierrman committed an "immoral and indecent act" to the alleged victim. By "aggressively rubbing [her] vagina with the intent to arouse and satisfy his sexual desires."

The report adds that he "penetrated the victim's sexual organ" with his fingers and performed a sexual act using his "male sex organ and [the victim's] mouth" without her consent. However, the alleged assault did not stop there.

The reality star's son also made "physical contact" with the victim's "primary genital area" and "buttocks." These actions also happened without her consent.

The victim, who described herself as Biermann's "girlfriend's best friend," said that on multiple occasions he tried to forcibly "have sexual intercourse with her by trying to pull down her pants."

The alleged assault happened inside a sauna at a Lifetime Fitness Center in Alpharetta, Georgia. And she tried to escape from the area multiple times but was held against her will. Hence the false imprisonment charges.

Biermann's lawyer Jason Sheffield has claimed that he is "100% innocent," in a statement to Page Six.

Sheffield also says that KJ "tried to present evidence to the arresting officer, including a passed polygraph by a notable and respected sex offender polygrapher," and claimed he has "evidence of other prior false allegations by the alleged victim."

Zolciak also told the outlet that KJ "categorically denies ever being involved with this woman. Or engaging in the conduct she has alleged."
