The Music Star Had a Rocky Relationship With His Mom

The music star has had quite the colorful relationship with his mom. Per the outlet, he has said in the past why he wasn't really vocal about her. "I never really talk about my mom," he explained.

"She's an addict, so we don't have the closest relationship. Even trying to get her better - things didn't quite work out." He had attempted to get her into rehab without the knowledge of the general public. But, despite what must have been some unimaginable friction, he said, "There's still love".

This Comes at a Time of Controversy for Lil Nas X

In case you weren't aware, Lil Nas X was in the news just a year ago. He was charged with several felonies after allegedly walking through the streets of Los Angeles naked and attacking police officers.

And, following that, he revealed he'd spent some time in rehab. He said in a post on social media he'd been in there "a few months". He also spent some time with family and friends in Atlanta and later Los Angeles in order to "ground" himself "down to Earth".

He added, "I have a therapist now and a psychiatrist, which is really helpful." It's great to hear that he's doing better - but this must be a terrible loss for him.

In any case, our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone who knew Ms. Hill. May she rest in peace.
