Dalip Singh Rana is lucky to be alive. The former WWE star turned actor, who is best known by his ring name of 'The Great Khali,' was reportedly involved in a serious car accident. However, he isn't believed to have suffered any major injuries.

The crash reportedly occurred in Rana's home country, India.
"Former professional wrestler Dalip Singh Rana, popularly known as The Great Khali, was involved in a road accident in Panipat, Haryana, on Saturday after his SUV collided with another vehicle at a toll plaza," India Today reported. "Footage from the incident quickly began circulating on social media, prompting concern among his fans."
Rana has since addressed the accident in a video he posted to his Instagram page.
"Yesterday, my car met with an accident, and since then I have been receiving a lot of calls and messages asking about my well-being, but everything is okay," he said. "I am all well. It is your blessings and also the God's blessings are with me. It was a minor accident. And that's why I didn't want to tell anyone about it. I didn't want to make it a big deal, but then the video went viral on social media. So, I just wanted to clarify. But I am all well. Take care, Jai Hind."
Dalip Singh Rana Has 74 Acting Credits to His Name
Moving into the world of movies has long been a career option for former WWE talents. Rana has certainly made the most of his opportunities over the years, successfully moving from being an in-ring talent to a regular on the big screen.
His first non-wrestling role came in The Longest Yard back in 2005, when he played Turley alongside Adam Sandler. He also held a role in Get Smart, where he played Dalip.
In 2010, Rana played himself in Kushti and Ramaa: The Savior, and Oursourced.
His acting career has continued in recent years, with most of his appearances being as himself. It is worth noting, however, that the majority of Rana's acting credits are still linked to his time with the WWE, with countless TV specials listed on his IMDB page.
