Dee Snider has suffered another health setback that could send the former Twisted Sister frontman under the knife.

What Happened to the Former Twisted Sister Frontman?
Snider captioned the video update on social media, "I broke my shoulder and I'm not saying it's my kids fault...but I am saying they were at the scene of the crime."
The 71-year-old began by talking about how he would let his four kids win at sports "because we're so much bigger."
"They're laughing, they're having fun with us, but the fact is we are these larger-than-life individuals," Snider said. "There will come a time they are our size or bigger than we are. They will dominate us. This will be their revenge. Whether it's conscious or subconscious, they're out to get even with us and watch us lying on the floor, writhing in pain."
He then described a recent basketball game with his now-adult children. During the matchup, he got knocked down and "went down like a ton of bricks."
"Slammed my whole right side," he said. "I could've sworn out of the corner of my eye I saw one of my sons doing a victory dance."
He revealed that he broke his shoulder and has to put his arm in a sling while he recovers.
"The toughest thing about the break, besides the discomfort, pain, the annoyance of wearing the sling, [is that] sleeping's a b**** if it's the hand you favor. I'm a righty; broke my right shoulder," he said.
What Does Recovery Look Like for Dee Snider?
Snider says he will have to wear the sling for eight weeks and attend physical therapy. After that, he will likely go in for surgery for a shoulder replacement. But he told fans not to worry.
"Other than that, I'm doing great, all things considered. It's just a real pain in the a**, aka shoulder," he said.
The news comes after Twisted Sister replaced Snider in March with former Skid Row frontman Sebastian Bach. Snider resigned because of his degenerative arthritis.
"I don't know of any other way to rock," Snider said at the time. "The idea of slowing down is unacceptable to me. I'd rather walk away than be a shadow of my former self."
