During a recent Paddock, England show, the singer had to have some of the concertgoers escorted out of the venue because they were fighting.
Jessie J Has Fans Removed From Concert
The incident occurred at Party in the Paddock on August 15. Amid the melee, the singer tried to cool things down by quieting the crowd.
"This is alcohol and ego, just calm down," she said in a TikTok clip (via PEOPLE). "To argue, to waste time about it [...] especially hitting people. Come on now, in front of children. Absolutely not."
However, that only made things worse. The two attendees continued to engage in combat. And Jessie J implored them to stop. And for other concertgoers to not join in or egg them on.
"They're seeing red, they're seeing red. Enjoy your life guys, be kind, be a good person, okay? Even if someone else is being [aggressive], don't join them; there's no point," she continued.
When the fighting didn't stop, she asked for the people to be removed from the venue.
"So many people have spent money on this show to see me, so can you just get rid of them so we can carry on?" Jessie continued.
However, their removal didn't appear to be happening fast enough for Jessie J's liking. The people appeared to be resisting the security who were trying to take them out of the venue. The singer doubled down with a kind gesture. Offering to pay for their transportation to their next destination.
"Take them out, I don't need them here," she added. "People have been waiting hours to see us. Just take them out, get them an Uber; I'll pay for it. Take them out, please, thank you so much."
Of course, people had a lot to say about the altercation.
"I had second-hand embarrassment; they were kicking off, and kids had to be passed over the barrier," one person said.
"She is a queen. And always will be! Adore her," a second person chimed in.
In the end, the fight was safely diffused. And the concert continued.
