The apparent dig came after Kardashian attended the Louder Than Fear premiere in Los Angeles on Tuesday, August 11.
The reality TV star was there to support Barker and his new documentary, which explores his life and the traumatic 2008 plane crash that left him with severe burns.

A TikTok video from the red carpet showed Moakler's three children: son Landon, 22, daughter Alabama, 20, and daughter Atiana De La Hoya, 27.
They were joined at the premiere by Barker and Kardashian.
However, Moakler appeared to take notice of who was not there. She allegedly left a four-word comment on the video saying, "Where are her children?"
The comment has since been deleted, but eagle-eyed social media users spotted it and shared screenshots online.
"We all saw Shanna's comment. Pretty and petty AF," one fan wrote.
Another added, "Man shanna deleted her comment!!! But i saw it."
Barker and Moakler married in 2004 before filing for divorce in 2006 after nearly two years of marriage.
Shanna Moakler Previously Addressed Co-Parenting Relationship
The former couple has endured a complicated relationship in the years since their split, including a 2014 altercation that resulted in both being arrested.
Reports at the time claimed Barker and Moakler became involved in a verbal confrontation and made criminal threats against one another.
However, the pair later agreed to amicably co-parent their children.
Barker began a high-profile relationship with Kardashian in 2021, with the couple marrying in May 2022.
Kardashian shares sons Reign, 11, and Mason, 16, and daughter Penelope, 14, with ex-partner Scott Disick. Barker and Kardashian also welcomed their son Rocky in November 2023.
In February, Moakler claimed she had never had a conversation with Barker and Kardashian about co-parenting her children.
"I don't think those women have those conversations with anybody," she said in an interview with Brittany Cartwright on When Reality Hits.
"At one point in time, I felt it wasn't respectful. I felt at certain times it was kind of like, 'Wow, if I had your kids, I wouldn't be doing some of the s--- you're doing with my kids.'"
Moakler added that she felt like "some lines" were "crossed" but suggested the tensions had since eased.
She also said that "it really has nothing to do" with her anymore. She expressed happiness with how her children are being treated.
