A former OnlyFans model has admitted to killing her boyfriend.

As reported by PEOPLE, Courtney Clenney pleaded guilty to manslaughter with a deadly weapon in connection with the stabbing death of her boyfriend, Christian "Toby" Obumseli, in 2022.

The 30-year-old model and influencer, who had 1.7 million followers on Instagram, was sentenced on Monday, Aug. 10, in a Miami courtroom. The plea deal included a six-year prison term followed by five years of probation.
Clenney has already served around four years in prison. She is now expected to be behind bars for two more years.
The former OnlyFans star stabbed her 27-year-old boyfriend with a kitchen knife inside their condo in Miami on April 3, 2022. The incident occurred a day after Clenney told police she wanted to break up with Obumseli and kick him out of their residence.
When questioned by investigators, the model said she threw a knife at her partner from 10 feet away in self-defense. However, the medical examiner said Obumseli's death was a homicide. They stated the three-inch downward wound in his shoulder was inconsistent with Clenney's account.
Courtney Clenney Was Arrested in 2022
Four months after the incident, Clenney was then arrested in a rehab facility in Hawaii. She was charged with second-degree murder in August 2022. She accepted the plea deal weeks before the trial was expected to begin.
The legal team for the OnlyFans model planned to share evidence that Obumseli had been abusive toward her. However, the victim's family has said that he was the victim, not Clenney.
The two had been involved in "numerous domestic violence incidents" over the years. The plea deal also stated that the couple's on-and-off relationship was "extremely tempestuous and combative."
A press statement from Miami-Dade County State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle said Clenney attacked Obumseli "as part of a pattern of escalating violence toward him."
"With this plea agreement, Christian Obumseli's family finally heard what they long sought: Courtney Clenney accepting full responsibility for his death," it read. "This plea was reached in full consultation and approval of Christian's family."
