A German tour bus carrying 34 people crashed and overturned on a winding road in Norway on Saturday, August 8.

The incident occurred in Trøndelag county, where the bus left the road before landing on its side in a ditch.
Four passengers suffered injuries and required hospital treatment, while emergency services rushed to assist those onboard.
Bus Crash Leaves Four Injured in Norway
According to local police, the tour bus crashed on the E6 highway as it traveled through the municipality of Namsskogan.
Emergency services quickly responded, with multiple ambulances and a rescue helicopter dispatched to the scene.
Reports claim that first responders had to use a hammer to gain access to the overturned bus and reach those inside.
"It was a bit chaotic," first responder Elin Torgnes said. "I only helped with patients and those who were most injured. There were four of them."
Emergency crews transported two injured passengers to a hospital in Namsos, while two others received treatment in Levanger, also in Trøndelag county.
Footage obtained by local media appears to show the bus' right-side wheels leaving the roadway as the driver navigated a turn.
The bus then tipped over before coming to rest on its side in a ditch alongside the road.
Passengers Taken to Evacuation Center
Authorities transported the remaining passengers to an evacuation center at a nearby care home, where officials provided assistance following the frightening crash.
"Emergency services on the scene report that no one is trapped in the bus and that the passengers are being treated well," the Trøndelag Police District wrote in an incident log. "Information now suggests that there are no serious injuries, but that several people are slightly injured."
Namsskogan Mayor Elisabeth Vollmo Bjørhusdal said officials established a crisis team following the accident.
"We are prepared to receive those who are less injured and shaken after the accident," she said.
Authorities initially closed two lanes of the E6 as emergency crews worked at the scene and a rescue helicopter landed on the roadway.
One lane reopened later in the day, although crews continued the recovery operation well into Saturday afternoon.
Jörn Frenzel, the head of the bus company, described the driver as one of its best.
The company has yet to determine what caused the bus to leave the road. The circumstances surrounding the crash still under investigation.
