Country superstar Chris Stapleton gave fans in Toronto, Canada, two memorable surprises this week alongside rock legends Guns N' Roses.

Stapleton performed at Rogers Stadium on Thursday, August 6, just one night after Guns N' Roses took over the same venue.
With the two shows perfectly aligned, Stapleton and the iconic rock band took full advantage, making surprise appearances during each other's sets on consecutive nights.
Chris Stapleton Surprises Fans With Guns N' Roses
Guns N' Roses were first up on Wednesday night, with Stapleton unexpectedly walking onstage during the band's performance of Bob Dylan's "Knockin' on Heaven's Door."
The 48-year-old country star joined frontman Axl Rose on vocals, delivering a surprise duet that immediately caught the crowd's attention.
One night later, Stapleton returned the favor during his own headline show.
Midway through his set, he reflected on performing with Guns N' Roses the previous evening and told the crowd that he wanted to play one of their songs in honor of the occasion.
Stapleton began performing one of his favorites, "Patience," but quickly stopped after deciding something did not feel quite right.
Moments later, Guns N' Roses guitarist Slash and bassist Duff McKagan walked onto the stage to join him for the acoustic classic.
"This feels better," Stapleton said.
Fans captured the unexpected collaboration on video, with clips quickly circulating across social media.
Chris Stapleton and Guns N' Roses Go Way Back
While the Toronto appearances came as a surprise to fans, Stapleton and Guns N' Roses already share plenty of history.
The country singer opened for the rock legends during their reunion tour in 2016.
Years later, Stapleton covered Fleetwood Mac's "Oh Well" for Slash's 2024 blues covers album, Orgy of the Damned.
"His singing cadence and that drawl that he has for this particular song, in my mind's eye, it sounded perfect," Slash told Rolling Stone at the time.
"I had to get his number and cold-call him and he was really gracious about it and really bent over backwards to help me get it done... I think it was one of the best ideas I've had in recent memory, was to have him sing that song."
Stapleton is currently continuing his long-running All-American Road Show Tour, which began in May 2017.
He will next play back-to-back shows at Boston's Fenway Park on August 14 and 15 before returning to Toronto on September 1.
The tour is currently scheduled to conclude in October with two shows at Morton Amphitheater in Riverside, Missouri.
