Linda Blair, the actress who starred in hit 1970's horror flicks such as The Exorcist, Stranger in Our House, and Savage Streets, is finally breaking her silence. After her California home was raided by authorities as part of an ongoing operation into an illegal kennel.

Linda Blair Speaks Out After Recent Home Raid
The 70's actor spoke out in a video posted to her social media account. And to many people's surprise, she does not appear to be very upset about the raid. In the video, she actually said that she views her home being raided as a "positive" because of the massive "worldwide press" that the animals have received.
"I think their continued posts will unite the world to understand the horrific crisis and plight of the animals!" she said in the video as caught by PEOPLE.
She also added that it is "uplifting" to see everyone's support for animals.
"Uplifting to see everyone's amazing support for the animals! I see great change will come from this time!" she added. "I take this as a positive for the Greater Good for the animals! Stop animal cruelty and animal abuse! We can live together with compassion in a cruelty-free world!" she wrote.
Later in the video, she also added.
"This has been quite the experience, and I look at it as a positive. We now have more light shed on animal welfare and animal rescue and the plight of the animals than ever before."

Of course, users in the comments section had a lot to say about Blair's comments. Most of the reactions were positive.
"Love you, Linda, and recognize you as one of the first true pit bull advocates," one user wrote in the comments section of the Instagram post.
"I don't care if it's even ethical breeders; our shelters will never be empty if people continue to breed. Thank you so much for doing what you do; you're the best!" a second user chimed in.
"Hang in there, Linda - you are a beautiful woman with a loving heart. F the crap the media is trying to do to you. We are here for you, always," a third person said.
Officials said that they were looking for "buildings and structures associated with a kennel operation reported to have more than 100 dogs," on Blair's property.
