Plastic surgery shouldn't be a taboo subject anymore. Thousands of people around the world undergo cosmetic surgery every year, and Bunnie Xo wants people to start being honest about their decision to have those procedures.

Bunnie Xo's comments came during a recent episode of her "Dumb Blonde" podcast, where she was joined by Denise Richards. During the episode, both discussed their cosmetic surgeries. During the episode, Richards, who has been open about her 2025 surgery, praised Bunnie Xo for being upfront about the work she's had done.
"I was so happy to see that you're open about yours too," Richards told Bunnie Xo, to which Bunnie replied, "First of all, and this is no shade to anybody in the industry, but if you're gonna get work done, just f---ing be honest about it."
As the conversation continued, Bunnie Xo explained that celebrities can help end the stigma that's often associated with cosmetic surgery.
"I feel like our 'job' as people that are online and pushing a narrative of our lives, I feel like we owe that to the public," Bunnie said. "That might just be me, but I feel like we, especially as women because there's such a false beauty standard...and I never want a little girl to look at me and be like, 'I want to just look like her.' Like, girl, I don't even look like me. So I always want to be honest."
Bunnie Xo Recently Discussed Having Breast Implants
In fairness, Bunnie Xo has been true to her word. In a July 10 episode of her podcast, she revealed that she'd had new breast implants.
"I was just like, let me have this era of my life, just being super whatever I want [to be]. Just do whatever the f--- I want," she said in the episode. "We did very, very small implants. So one boob [implant] is 310 cc the other is 300 cc. They're super small, but I just needed them to perk back up. Because those babies were looking like I could tie them in a knot."
In truth, there's nothing to be embarrassed about. If you're getting work done, you're doing it for you, not for what others think of you. The fact that Bunnie Xo is trying to change the narrative surrounding cosmetic surgery is fantastic.
