Fishing trips are meant to be lots of fun. Very peaceful, too - just chilling out and relaxing, right?
Well, for Florida Georgia Line star Tyler Hubbard, that just wasn't the case this time. As reported by People, he was camping with his wife, Hayley, and their three kids, Olivia Rose, Luca Reed, and Atlas Roy, when an accident left him in a lot of pain.
He revealed the crazy accident on a post on social media, on Sunday July 26. We don't know how it happened... but Hubbard ended up having a fishing hook lodged in the back of his head.
The country star shared a video of his wife removing the hook, captioning it, "Breakfast had to wait..." Well, that sucks - as someone who gets a bit hangry, that and a fishing line in the head? Not ideal!
The video starts off with Hayley coming onto the scene of the crime and looking at the wound, as one of the kids asked if he was bleeding.

"Probably not bleeding a lot but it might be a little," he responded. The video shows that he probably was bleeding a little more than "a little", but, as anyone with kids knows, downplaying situations like these is the best way about it.
Hayley joked, "Are there any tricks to this?" as she grabbed on to the line and tried to pull the hook out. One of the kids said that Tyler didn't need to worry, as "Mom is just going to pull it out right away."
And that's exactly what she did, cooing to him as she went, "You're doing great, you're being so brave," she laughed before finally removing the hook.
Hayley also shared a more touching post on social media, whilst also joking about it. "All the memories made were worth the [schlepping] and loading up and unpacking and fun that comes along with camping," she wrote. She added, "Next time we'll try to avoid fish hooks in the head."
Sage advice indeed! We're glad they had a neat camping trip - fishing hook included. It's all a part of the fun, after all!
