It points to possible cancer in the Bachelorette alum's liver.

"It's been about a year and a half since being diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer, and I've always wondered when will be the day that I stop talking about it," she wrote on her Instagram. "That day is not today."

Thurston says that she will undergo a liver biopsy on the three-month anniversary of getting a double mastectomy. The medical staff is unsure of what is causing her elevated enzymes. She said, "They can't figure it out. We actually had to pause my cancer meds for an extended period of time hoping that would help. It did not. So, basically, we're just kind of at a loss. We don't know."

Previously, she said that scans show no evidence of cancer in her liver. She said at the time, "I can only hope that whatever is possibly left hanging around is stable or shrinking."

"Right about now is probably when I start getting emotional and crying on camera, but I also did start my Wellbutrin journey just about two months ago," she said, revealing she's taking antidepressants. "I'm looking forward to, you know, the future of medicine and the future of no evidence of disease, and, you know, whatever vaccines are coming."

She explained, "When the time comes, I get to just distract myself with all house stuff, so that'll be nice." She also continued to promote his new Netflix special, Nice to Meet You — in which she has a brief, but memorably funny cameo — saying, "If you haven't watched that, please do."

"I really look forward to the day I don't have to update you on my cancer stuff," Thurston said. "But it is ongoing. Hopefully [will] get more answers. In the meantime, enjoying life's moments."
