Former child star turned race car driver Frankie Muniz deleted his divorce announcement after backlash. Muniz recently announced that he and his wife Paige Price were ending things after six years. Muniz posted the announcement on Instagram.

This was actually the second announcement. Muniz deleted the original post, which featured the couple dancing with their young son. Commenters called the video wrong, given the announcement of them breaking up.
"Following a period of separation that we kept private, Paige and I have decided to move forward with ending our marriage," Muniz wrote. "After 10 beautiful years together, we've grown in ways that made us realize our relationship feels most natural and strong as a deep friendship and as co-parents."

He continued, "We share an incredible son who remains the centre of our world, and we're both happier, stronger parents because of the love and growth we've shared."
Meanwhile, his ex Paige commented under the new announcement. She apologized for people being hateful to the former child star.
"Frankie, I am so sorry that you felt the need to delete an old fun video of our family because people are so cruel to you. This world is so f***ed ... divorce is bad, sure - it's not like we're excited about it ... but we're two adults who know how to be on the same team. I can't believe people could scrutinize that," Paige wrote under the post.
Meanwhile, some fans have offered their support for the couple as they deal witht his difficult time.
"Aw. I'm glad I got to see the first one right before it disappeared. It was so cute," one fan wrote.
"The video was lovely. As a child who survived a bad divorce, it was healing to see 2 people who love each other and themselves & walking through it together," wrote another.
Yet another wrote, "I thought the video was very sweet and hopeful. You guys are a great family no matter what and will always be family."
