An Australian tourist has been reported missing after failing to return home from a solo trip to the United States.

Sally Grace Contarino, 26, had planned to visit Las Vegas, Mount Charleston, and Southern California before flying back to Australia.
Her family last heard from her on June 20, just one day before she was due to return home.
Contarino is described as an experienced traveler who had visited the United States "several times before," including trips to Las Vegas and Palm Springs, California.
Las Vegas Missing Tourist Search Underway
Surveillance footage from Timbers Bar & Grill in Las Vegas shows Contarino walking down the street one day before she disappeared.
Authorities said her family had remained in regular contact with her throughout the trip until all communication suddenly stopped on June 20, prompting immediate concern.
Her family reported her missing after they were unable to reach her.
Contarino was scheduled to arrive back in Australia on Sunday, June 21, but she never boarded her flight home.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department has launched a missing person investigation and is asking anyone with information about Contarino's whereabouts to come forward.
Police Continue Search for Missing Australian
Police have also asked hospitals across the area to check their patient records and immediately report any potential matches to investigators.
According to reports, Contarino purchased a bus ticket from Las Vegas to Los Angeles. She was then scheduled to catch her flight back to Australia.
However, authorities believe she never scanned her bus ticket or boarded the flight.
She had been traveling alone and was last captured on surveillance cameras near Mount Charleston. Around 35 to 45 miles northwest of the Las Vegas Strip.
Her last confirmed sighting was at approximately 10:30 p.m. local time on June 19. She was wearing dark-colored shorts, a tank top, and black-and-white Converse shoes.
Contarino reportedly returned to her accommodation, Bungalows Hostel on South Las Vegas Boulevard, during the early hours of June 20 before remotely checking out.
Police have not released any further details surrounding her disappearance.
