During a wild road rage incident in Thailand, an enraged British tourist was subdued by a sword-wielding MMA instructor.
The vacationer reportedly went on a tirade after a road rage incident involving a motorcyclist. He shouted at the motorcyclist and threatened other bystanders on the resort island with an iron pipe.
Little did he know, one of the bystanders he was barking at was a trained Muay Thai fighter who specialized in sword fighting.
Video footage of the crazy scene shows a shirtless foreign man holding an iron bar and being met by a Thai man carrying a sword.
During the standoff, the British tourist is seen taunting the Muay Thai fighter and hurling explicit insults at him.
The shouting match between the two resulted in the British man suffering a nasty cut on his arm. He was later seen walking with his arm soaked in blood.
Police said no official complaint had been filed yet, as the tourist had returned to the UK for medical treatment.
The sword-wielding instructor was identified as 50-year-old Waikoon, a boxing coach and instructor of the traditional martial art krabi-krabong, who is known to students as Teacher Oh.

Waikoon admitted that he didn't want to resort to violence, but acted in defense of his wife and family.
"Regarding last night's incident, I feel terrible for hurting someone. But on the other hand, I'm proud and happy to be a voice for Thai people."
"We are not afraid if you come at us with bad intentions, but be aware that your actions can also negatively impact other tourists."
The incident occurred on the resort island of Phuket, a thriving province of Thailand.
Phuket, known for its active nightlife and tropical beaches, attracts nearly 16 million tourists annually.
