No one likes arguments—of course, that's a pretty obvious thing to say. But no matter the amount of anger or frustration most people harbor because of it, they don't typically resort to doing this sort of crazy stuff.
A man from Butler County, Pennsylvania, has been accused of ripping down his family home with an excavator. According to CBS News Pittsburgh, this comes after he had an argument with his wife.
The worst part? His wife and daughter were still inside the home as he allegedly razed it. Police explained that the incident happened on Tuesday, May 26, in Buffalo Township.
Police have named the man as 48-year-old Eric Pierwsza. He apparently used a Kubota excavator to rip apart the back end of the family home. And he dealt a large amount of damage.
Pictures from the scene show a large part of the rear of the home being completely demolished. There are structural materials all over the surrounding grass, and parts of the roof lay teetering.
The complaint from the incident says that dispatchers on the 911 call could actually hear the excavator.
After the destruction, Pierwsza allegedly went back inside, grabbed a gym bag, and fled. He was arrested around Fawn Township.

Neighbors Are in Shock Over the Excavator Incident
Neighbors who spoke to local outlets explained that they were utterly shocked by the incident.
One neighbor said, "I'd like to know what she said to him because I'll make sure I don't say it. Forty-two years I've been married, but I've never threatened to tear the house down."
In case you're wondering, this is how Pierwsza's wife says things went down. She said that he had arrived at the family home after a night of heavy drinking and began an argument.
She had told him that their marriage was over. His response was really quite scary: "If it's over, I'll tear the house down." And he followed through with his promise like one Big Bad Wolf, hopping in the excavator.
We're glad that no one was injured in this shocking incident.
