"The R&B singer tells TMZ ... he's feeling a whole lot better after Supa knocked Ray out in the second round of their Saturday fight in Las Vegas, which was promoted by popular streamer Adin Ross and his company Brand Risk Promotions," TMZ reported.
Shortly after his loss, Ray J hinted that the fight may have been rigged.
"D—n bro ... like that? For real ... that's janky as f-k," Ray J said. "I don't want to say too much because I don't want to get nobody in trouble, but d—n ... we took an L tonight. You know how much money we lost? Wow ... wow."
However, he's since backtracked on those comments, saying there is "no way" the fight had been pre-determined.
Ray J's loss came via a huge strike to the head. The punch caused him to stumble backward, hitting the rope before finding himself on the floor. In fairness, the R&B singer did get back to his feet, unfortunately, he quickly found himself sitting on a stool. From there, the fight was called, and Supa Hot Fire declared the winner.
Ray J Previously Claimed He Was Dying
Earlier this year, Ray J had his fanbase concerned after he declared he'd been given just months to live.
"2027 is definitely a wrap for me," he said, via Page Six. "That's what they say. I shouldn't have went this hard, bro. My baby mama gonna be straight, my kids gonna be straight, if they wanna spend all the money, they can spend it. I did my part here. And damn, when it's all done, burn me, don't bury me."
Assuming Ray J received medical clearance to compete in his MMA bout, the hope is that he's now doing a lot better. If not, then questions need to be asked as to why he was allowed to compete in the first place.
Nevertheless, it's great news to hear Ray J has been discharged from the hospital and is doing better. Hopefully, we don't see him anywhere near the inside of a ring anytime soon.
