MMA Knockout Sends Ray J to Hospital
TMZ reported that Ray J, whose real name is William Ray Norwood Jr., has remained hospitalized for two days following the fight.
Doctors are reportedly conducting tests to determine whether the singer suffered a concussion during the knockout.
The report also claims that Norwood has experienced issues involving his heart rate slowing down.
The musician previously dealt with health complications earlier this year, when he was hospitalized with what he described as "heart issues and pneumonia."
Norwood stepped into the cage against Supa Hot Fire at the UFC Apex over the weekend.
The fight ended in the second round after Supa Hot Fire delivered a knockout finish.
Footage showed Norwood appearing hurt early in the round before seemingly losing consciousness while still standing.
He then stumbled into the ropes before collapsing onto the canvas.
