A woman living in Elk Grove, California, tragically died last September. One of her all-time wants was to host a country music concert on her and her husband's farmstead.
And, in a stroke of luck and in what just cannot be a coincidence, Luke Bryan's team ended up reaching out. As reported by Whiskey Riff, Tom Mahon got a call from them.
The Mahon farmstead, while previously being used for, well, farming, had been expanding just a little into other ventures. "We've also kind of branched out a little bit into entertainment." So, they were obviously on the radar of Luke Bryan's team beforehand.
In his words, "I got this random phone call asking if we would like to have a Luke Bryan concert here and I said, 'Yeah.'" After Cindy's death, and how much she wanted something like that to happen, how could he say no?
Tom also must think that there was some sort of spiritual interaction at play. He says that his wife must have been pulling some divine strings somewhere - he said, "Got to believe that she had something to do with this."
And it turns out that Luke Bryan's team had absolutely no idea about any of this. So that just made the concert all the more sweet.

Luke Bryan's "Farm Tour" Is Iconic
I personally think that it's incredible that Luke Bryan is playing these shows in farm areas. I mean, it's such a big change from the big stadiums and bright lights.
A video from the Farm Tour show at the Mahon farmstead shows the country music community at their best. Everyone's standing or sitting, drinking, just taking in the vibes.
And the best part? Although he finished the spring leg of the tour, he recently announced some more dates! He's going to be running things back in the Luke Bryan Farm Tour Fall 2026. Are you excited as I am?
More specifically, he's performing in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Indiana. But, crucially, it's one state per show. And you'd better expect a long drive, because they are out in rural areas - makes sense for a Farm Tour, right?
The dates and locations are as follows:
| DATE | LOCATION |
| September 17 | 1846 Farms - Latrobe, Pennsylvania |
| September 18 | Miller Family Farm - Millersport, Ohio |
| September 19 | Prairie View Farms - Brookston, Indiana |
