Tori Amos has been injured. The singer was involved in an accident when her tour bus almost plowed into a larger wandering moose. The terrifying moment occurred while driving from Copenhagen, Denmark, to Stockholm, Sweden.

Amos addressed the incident in a recent post to her Instagram page.
"Unfortunately, yours truly happened to have just stood up to head to my bunk when the Moose appeared.... and I was thrown against the ledge in the bus lounge, resulting in me slamming the side of my face," she wrote. "So for the next week or so if it looks like I have gone a few rounds with Ronda Rousey, now you will know why. Shows will go on as normal..."
Fans will undoubtedly be pleased that Amos escaped serious injury. Road accidents are often high-risk, regardless of how they occur. The fact that she's willing and able to continue playing her upcoming tour shows is a stroke of luck.
Amos has a few more dates left in her European tour before heading back to the United States for the final leg. She will perform in Oslo, Norway, on May 23. Helsinki, Finland, on May 25. Then she will move on to Latvia and Lithuania before heading over to Florida.
This Isn't the First Time Tori Amos Has Been Injured
Unfortunately for Amos, this isn't the first time she's had to post about an injury. In her previous tour in 2023, she broke her fibula and tore a tendon in her ankle after tripping in a pair of heels.
"I now have a lovely boot which I am wearing during the day. But no fear I will be at the piano as usual for the rest of the tour," she posted to Instagram at the time.
Amos is currently celebrating the release of her 18th studio album, "In Times Of Dragons." The album was released on May 1. Her current tour will undoubtedly feature songs from her new work. Hopefully, she can avoid any further injury throughout the rest of her shows.
If Amos can do that, fans in attendence will undoubtedly have a fantastic time.
