If you've watched Duck Dynasty, you'll know Willie's brother, Alan Robertson, and his wife, Lisa. What you wouldn't expect is that they had a pretty rocky part of their marriage.
As reported by E! News, Lisa Robertson had previously had an affair, a shocking 15 years into their marriage. Lisa and Alan originally got married in 1984, and they have two daughters, Anna and Alex.
But she ended up getting into an affair with an old boyfriend back in the 90s. Alan explained, "When unfaithfulness happens in a marriage, so many times, that's the end of it, but it doesn't have to be. Everything can be worked to."
And things did temporarily meet their end. The Duck Dynasty star explained that they had agreed to separate, but they ended up reconciling in 1999 before renewing their vows.
Alan also revealed his reasons behind sticking with his wife. "I think the reason I was willing to fight for my marriage was that I had made a lot of mistakes on my own."
He continued, "When I first met Lisa, she was actually a good girl, who had experienced some hard things in her life... [She] was looking for what she called her 'knight in shining armor'... Someone to take her hand and lead her out of some things. And I just wasn't that guy in the early years."

He explained that he felt his previous career had left Lisa in the dark a little. "I made a huge mistake in not pulling Lisa in as a partner in what we were doing. [She] was also dealing with all this internal stuff from when she was young. I just didn't recognize it, I didn't see it." That's some major maturity.
Lisa also revealed that she had experienced some pretty harrowing things "from an early age" before marrying the Duck Dynasty star. "I believe that at age 7, I began to be dishonest with who I was and what I was. As I grew older, [the dishonesty] got worse and worse."
We're glad that things ended up working out for them both. After all, Duck Dynasty wouldn't be the same without them!
