The country singer revealed that he has been going to physical therapy and working to strengthen his core.

"I got my CTO brace off 2 weeks ago and have been in physical therapy for a week,"

Graham wrote on Facebook. "Over the next couple months of PT we are working on strengthening my back and neck and trying to get my range of motion improved. I'm making progress slowly and getting stronger every day."

The country singer has also been trying to play his guitar. But that has been a work in progress given his injuries.

Country Singer Talks Recovery

"I've been trying to play my guitar every day for 15-20 minutes and hope to post a video soon," he added. "My head feels like it weighs 1000 lbs and I found out my left rotator cuff is torn. I'm gonna wait a bit for that surgery."

Graham was in a gnarly wreck earlier this year. It almost cost him his life. Sadly, his dog did die in the resulting wreck.

"I did not break my back," he wrote. "I broke my back. And a bunch of ribs. I got some new pars. My thoracic spine has been rebuilt with 14 screws and some titanium rods (T1-T7). My spinal cord was damaged and was leaking fluid and now has a patch. I am able to walk OK at this point and I am into a CTO brace 24-7 for up to 12 weeks. It's painful but I remain optimistic and grateful to still be here by the grace of God."

Following the injuries, the country singer canceled his upcoming dates.

"I've been listening to a lot of music lately," he wrote in his latest update. "It truly is medicine. I can't wait to get back out there and share some songs with you but I've got some more healing to do first. Super grateful for all the love."
