Hogan himself has not been named as one of Gauthreaux's victims.

Gauthreaux has reportedly been charged with six counts of wire fraud.

"The feds say she used her business, Accounting Resources and Management Services, to embezzle enormous amounts of money between 2017 and 2021," TMZ reported.

Hogan was one of Gauthreaux's clients during that time period, with one her roles being bookkeeping.

Gauthreaux would have been able to defraud the alleged victim due to being a signatory authority. According to the federal indictment, that means she would have been able to sign documents on the alleged victim's behalf. Therefore, she had the means to move funds around without needing to obtain consent.

If convicted, Gauthreaux could face up to 20 years in federal prison for each count. By our math, that would mean she faces a maximum sentence of 120 years, which is, of course, a life sentence.

According to TMZ, Gauthreaux's indictment came following a "lengthy FBI Investigation."

Hulk Hogan Died in 2025

Hulk Hogan sadly passed away on July 24, 2025. Following confirmation of his death, his wife, Sky, released a statement.

"I wasn't ready for this, and my heart is in pieces," she wrote. "He had been dealing with some health issues, but I truly believed we would overcome them. I had so much faith in his strength. I thought we still had more time. This loss is sudden and impossible to process. To the world, he was a legend... but to me, he was my Terry. The man I loved. My partner. My heart."

Despite his death, Hogan remains a popular name, both in the wrestling industry and pop culture. A docuseries, showing his final interviews before his death, was recently released on Netflix. Of course, it has been a massive success in terms of viewing numbers.

Gauthreaux wasn't mentioned during the docuseries. Unfortunately, Hogan's biggest fans will likely be hearing about her a lot more in the coming months.

No further information regarding Gauthreaux's case is available at this time.
