But the lawyer for OnlyFans model Sophie Hall argue there was another reason why the former Miami Dolphins wide receiver shattered her leg during a get-together.
Hall filed a lawsuit against Hill in 2024. She claims that her broken leg during a football lesson in the backyard of his Southwest Ranches, Florida, home on June 28, 2023, was an "aggressive act" because he was embarrassed after she knocked him over.
Lawyers Say Tyreek Hill Was "Humiliated"
According to the New York Post, Hill and Hall discussed the events that led to Hall's broken leg during proceedings in a Broward County courtroom in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, yesterday, May 7.
Hall's lawyer showed X-rays of her injury during his opening statement. He said to jurors that the case "is about an aggressive act."
According to her suit, the incident unfolded in front of friends and family when the 36-year-old Hall knocked Hill backward during a football lesson.
"What happened was Sophie Hall, this woman, moved him back," her lawyer said. "They giggled, they laughed."
The 6-foot-1, 250-lb Hall claims her leg was crushed by the 5-foot-10, 191-lb. Hill with a "crushing force" after she "humiliated" him after the practice session.
The lawsuit states that the now free agent "became enraged and forcefully and purposefully shoved Ms. Hall, severely fracturing her leg." The injury left her "in excruciating pain," Hall's lawyer added. It forced her to then undergo reconstructive surgery and weeks of physical therapy.
Hall is suing Hill for over $50,000 under claims of battery, assault and negligence.
What Is Hill's Side of the Story?
Hill's lawyer refuted Hall's claims in his opening statement. He stated that she broke her leg after tripping over a dog and should have known the risks of participating in the practice session.
Hill stated that he gave her a piggyback ride into his bedroom during a multi-day sex romp after the incident. Hall admitted this in a deposition she made in October 2024. She had the injury treated several days later.
"I wanted comfort; I felt very vulnerable in that moment. I was injured," Hall said.
In another deposition by Hall's lawyer in December 2024, Hill said that he wanted to sleep with the model because he had a fetish for tall women.
Hall met Hill after she signed up her son for his football camp. The two spoke daily from that point until her injury.
Hill has faced several legal problems. His estranged wife alleges abuse. He is also the subject of two paternity suits filed by other online models.
