A DoorDash driver in upstate New York pleaded not guilty to felony charges related to a viral video she posted last year.

Olivia Henderson uploaded the clip of a customer passed out and naked. She also claimed he sexually harassed her.
What Happened on the DoorDash Driver's Video?
In the video posted on Oct. 12, 2025, Henderson allegedly recorded a man sleeping on his couch through his front door. He was pants-less when she dropped off the DoorDash delivery. She then shared the clip on TikTok, where it reached nearly 30 million views before it was taken down.
As reported by the New York Post, court documents charge Henderson with "degrading" the victim by recording "intimate parts of such person at a place and time when such person has a reasonable expectation of privacy, without such person's knowledge or consent."
However, the DoorDash driver filed a police report after posting the video, claiming that the encounter was sexual harassment.
"My customer requested that my order be left at their front door, and when I arrived at their house, their front door was wide open, and they were within eyesight of the front door, laying on the couch, indecently exposed to me," she said in the video.
What Happens Next?
Investigators determined that the customer was passed out drunk. He had not interacted with the DoorDash driver.
Soon after, Henderson was arrested. She was then charged with a count of unlawful surveillance in the second degree and a count of dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image in the first degree.
After filing her plea through her attorney on Friday, May 1, in Oswego County Court, Henderson was released without bail. She had no comment for reporters outside of the courthouse. The case will resume in June. If she is convicted, she could face up to eight years in prison.
DoorDash deactivated Henderson's account after the incident.
The company said, "Posting a video of a customer in their home, and disclosing their personal details publicly, is a clear violation of our policies. That is the sole reason that this Dasher's account was deactivated, along with the customer's, while we investigated."
