Over the years, Jelly Roll has become known for his kind-hearted nature and willingness to give back to his community. The "Save Me" singer has also been incredibly generous with his time, both when meeting fans and finding ways to provide inspiration.

However, the latest video to surface of the megastar is certainly the most heartfelt moment we've seen from him. When leaving a studio, following a taping for Jimmy Kimmel Live!, he was made aware that a group of fans was waiting outside. One of those fans was a mother and her disabled son.
The interaction between Jelly Roll and the disabled fan has since gone viral. In the clip, the mother can be heard telling Jelly Roll that because of his music, her son now sings. His response is where things start to lean toward being a tear-jerker.
"You don't know how much this means to me," Jelly Roll said. "You don't know how much I need this. I'm glad I got to come say hi."
As the interaction continued, the mother told Jelly Roll that her and her son had tickets to see him performing live at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles.
"We'll take care of y'all at the Greek," Jelly Roll replied. "Get her information, and we'll roll out the red carpet for you all on Friday. We'll bring you all backstage and meet everybody, okay? We'll party on Friday."

When watching the video, it's easy to see how much Jelly Roll's time meant to the mother and son duo. Their faces were lit up with excitement and happiness. However, it also seems as though the superstar himself enjoyed the experience.
"Making my soul smile man... it almost brings a tear to my eye, but I can't cry," he said. "He's so happy it makes me happy. Just the joy, I don't know, it's awesome. I'm glad I came over here."
In what was a snap decision to spend time meeting some of his fans, Jelly Roll made the mother and son's day, if not their year. In return, he got a memorable experience and an opportunity to elevate their experience at his upcoming show.
