For the second straight year, over 100 people were arrested at Stagecoach, America's largest annual Country music festival. The 119 total arrests mark a 21 percent drop-off from 2025.

Stagecoach Festival, like its sister festival, Coachella, which is also hosted at the Empire Polo Club, frequently deals with underage drinkers and thrill-seekers trying to sneak onto the fairgrounds.

According to the Indio Police Department, 58 people were cited for possession of alcohol under 21 years of age. False identification remained a leading cause of arrests, accounting for 41 early exits.

The leading number of arrests, 66, was categorized as "other."

Last year's Stagecoach had a total of 151 arrests.

Hollywood Stars Cut Loose at Stagecoach

The 2026 Stagecoach Music Festival featured a star-studded lineup. Country music star Luke Bryan, Post Malone, Darius Rucker and Lainey Wilson all graced the Empire Polo Club stage.

Award-winning musicians Ludacris, Pitbull, Journey and Hootie & The Blowfish also performed at Stagecoach.

Throughout the fairgrounds, some of Hollywood's brightest stars were seen enjoying the festivities.

Billy Ray Cyrus was spotted with his girlfriend, Elizabeth Hurley.

Actress Sydney Sweeney made a more memorable Stagecoach appearance, as the Euphoria star sang karaoke with Riley Green and later flung panties into a crowd.

Three-time Super Bowl champion Patrick Mahomes and his wife, Brittany, also appeared at Stagecoach in full cowboy attire.

The Kansas City Chiefs star suffered a season-ending ACL and LCL injury, but appears to be progressing well, as he attended Stagecoach without a walking boot.

Stagecoach 2025 attracted roughly 80,000 attendees, and this year's festival is projected to be around the same.

In April, California governor Gavin Newsom released economic figures highlighting the massive impact of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and Stagecoach Festival.

According to the report, the two festivals generate a combined $700 million in economic activity.
