"Country music superstar Darius Rucker has never shied away from his love of professional wrestling," the caption of Country Minute's post reads. "Now, Darius has partnered with fanatics to launch a WWE merch line highlighting his favorite wrestlers, just in time for WrestleMania weekend."
Rucker has also addressed the new partnership. He posted a short statement on X, sharing his love for the WWE and their brand of professional wrestling.
"Not sure if y'all knew this, but I'm a HUGE wrestling fan!! I have been my whole life! That's why I'm so excited to share the new WWE line in my Fanatics collection," he wrote.
The new line of merchandise will be centered around some of the WWE's biggest names.
"Check out some of the new items for CM Punk, Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, Brock Lesnar, and Randy Orton," Country Minute's caption continued. "Are you picking anything up?"
Rucker has teamed up with the WWE at a time is working with multiple celebrities, including music superstar Jelly Roll.
Jelly Roll Recently Took a Beatdown on WWE SmackDown
In fairness, Rucker's partnership with the WWE might be the smarter one, especially when you consider what Jelly Roll recently went through. In a recent episode of WWE SmackDown, the "Save Me" singer was jumped by Randy Orton before being dragged down to the ring.
From there, both Orton and Pat McAfee went to work on Cody Rhodes, giving him a beating ahead of his battle against Orton at WrestleMania.
Jelly Roll's recent involvement in WWE storylines has some fans believing that WWE creative could factor him in beyond WrestleMania. There has even been some speculation that he could have a match at Backlash, which would be his third Premium Live Event match.
"The Wrestling Observer Newsletter indicates that WWE currently has plans for McAfee to team with Orton at Backlash in a tag bout against Rhodes and award-winning singer Jelly Roll," Wrestling Inc noted.
Maybe Jelly Roll should have stuck to a brand partnership, too. Because things could be about to get really painful for him in the coming weeks.
