Former UFC fighter Mark Hunt has been arrested following a domestic violence allegation in Australia.

Hunt, 52, allegedly threatened to kill a woman during an incident on Tuesday night.
The situation unfolded in South Wales, Australia. Police took Hunt into custody after a dispute at a home in the Northern Rivers region.
Former UFC Star Arrested After Alleged Threat
Hunt faces one count of stalking or intimidation with intent to cause physical harm.
The case centers around a text message he allegedly sent to the woman.
"I'm just going to murder you in the end anyway," he allegedly wrote.
During a court appearance on Wednesday, Hunt's legal team disputed that he sent the message.
According to the Sydney Morning Herald, the woman involved is believed to be a family member who had been helping Hunt with a task at the property.
Reports state that the situation escalated quickly, with Hunt allegedly becoming aggressive in what was described as an "intimidating and berating manner."
The woman and a witness both reported feeling "fear and distress" during the incident.
Former Fighter Granted Bail Under Strict Conditions
Hunt spent the night in custody at Ballina Police Station after his arrest.
He was initially refused bail ahead of his court appearance. He later agreed to strict conditions to secure his release, according to TMZ.
Born in South Auckland, New Zealand, Hunt built a reputation as one of MMA's most polarizing heavyweights, earning the nickname "The Super Samoan."
He competed across multiple disciplines throughout his career, including boxing, kickboxing, and mixed martial arts.
In MMA, Hunt fought in Pride Fighting Championships between 2004 and 2006. Before joining the UFC, where he competed from 2010 to 2018.
Across his career, he recorded 29 professional fights, finishing with 13 wins, 14 losses, one draw, and one no contest.
One of his most notable UFC bouts came in 2016 against Brock Lesnar. Although Lesnar initially won by unanimous decision, the result was later overturned to a no contest after he failed a drug test.
Hunt's final professional fight came in December 2018, when he lost to Justin Willis at a UFC Fight Night event in Adelaide, Australia.
