During a recent edition of "Country Countdown USA", Moore explained what led to his leg needing the brace in the first place. Turns out, he hurt himself while skiing with his family on vacation.

"We just got back from skiing in Aspen, where I tore my MCL like an idiot. It didn't require surgery," Moore said. "So that's good news."

Moore's injury has been so prominent fans have begun pointing it out on social media, sharing clips from his live shows to question what led to his injury.

Turns out he just got unlucky while living his best life out on the slopes. It's worth noting that Moore is an avid skier, as are the rest of his family. They've been enjoying the hobby for the past decade. Nevertheless, even the most talented on the slopes can suffer an injury.

"We've been taking the kids skiing for spring break for ten years. I was skiing the best I have in years. I was skiing with good skiers. I kept up with them for 4-5 runs," Moore explained. "We went through this trick part. Then my knee went in one direction, and the rest of my leg went in the other. I knew from playing sports that it wasn't good."

Justin Moore Is Currently Topping Both Country Airplay Charts

Despite his injury, Moore is currently enjoying a period of success. According to ABC News Radio, Moore is currently sitting at #1 on both the Country Airplay charts for the week commencing April 6.

"It's beyond exciting, and humbling, to celebrate our 14th number 1 with 'Time's Ticking,'" Justin told the outlet. "I was proud of the song when we wrote it. I'm thrilled to see it resonate with so many people out there to this extent."

Moore is currently gearing up for his "Riley's Cowboy As It Gets Tour," which begins on April 16. Hopefully, he will have that brace off his knee before too long, and we can all get back to just enjoying his music.
