"Since the beginning I've been sick. I've had big time food poisoning," she said in English.
"I've tried to push it until the end, but I'm feeling extremely sick. I'm puking out there. I really want to give the best show, and I'm like in (on) the floor. I might try to keep going, but maybe at some point I might have to stop."
ROSALÍA interrupts her show in Milan and cancels it after not feeling well. It is the first time in her career that she cancels a performance due to health reasons.

According to Setlist.fm, the shortened show spanned 50 minutes. The set featured 11 songs and was part of Rosalía's ongoing Lux Tour across Europe.
The tour began on March 16 in Lyon, France, followed by shows in Paris and Zurich before arriving in Milan.
Looking ahead, Rosalía is scheduled to perform four shows in Madrid between March 30 and April 4, which are expected to go ahead as planned.
The day after the Milan show, the two-time Grammy Award winner updated fans on her recovery via Instagram.
"Feeling better. Thank you so much for all the love and understanding from everyone who was there," she wrote on her Instagram stories.
The post included a photo of her lying on an emergency stretcher and ended with the message: "Grazie Milano," alongside a heart.
Rosalía released her fourth album, Lux, in October 2025, a project that featured songs in 14 languages and broke multiple records.
The tour is set to continue across Europe before heading to the United States in June and concluding in Puerto Rico in September.
