Crazy Moment 7 Dogs Make 10.5 Mile Trek Home After Being Stolen

We all know our dogs love us to the core. All they want to do is please us, after all. But it turns out that they love us to the point they'd walk miles and miles for us.

We all know our dogs love us to the core. All they want to do is please us, after all. But it turns out that they love us to the point they'd walk miles and miles for us.

Seven dogs who were stolen from their northeastern China homes have gone viral online after making the gruelling 10.5 mile trek home. As reported by Dexerto, the dogs travelled across busy urban roads and rural fields alike to get home to their owners.

The dog clique consisted of a leading corgi being followed by a myriad of dog breeds. They were surrounding an injured German shepherd, repeatedly checking on it as they travelled. Other dogs in the group consisted of golden retrievers and labradors.

The leader of the pack, an adorable corgi, was nicknamed Dà Pàng on Chinese social media. The name roughly translates to "big fatty". The other dogs were noted for their unusual kindness toward the injured shepherd.

According to Chinese news outlets, the dogs were originally stolen from their homes by thieves working for a dog meat shop. The tragic fate of the dogs was tragically avoided when they jumped off a moving truck.

Commentors Expressed Their Love Toward the Dogs

Both Chinese social media and Western social media expressed their shock at the incident.

Many people noted that the scene was akin to a Disney movie. One wrote, "Animated film about this is going to hit like gangbusters... Pixar, I'm looking at you to make this a movie." Another wrote, "Get Disney on the phone right now!"

Another commentor rightly noted that one of the dogs would definitely be voiced by Kevin Hart. Someone replied that "he's definitely going to be the smallest one too with an attitude.", with another saying that "the German Shepherd can be Morgan Freeman." Who wouldn't want to see that?

Another commented that the leadership of the corgi was truly remarkable. "A Corgi leading a tactical 17km extraction across highways is peak main character energy... Give that dog a medal!"

What an adorable incident. We're so happy the dogs managed to get home safe to their owners.
