Talk about throwing somebody under the bus! That is not exactly what took place when former President Bill Clinton, 79, and his wife, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, 78, were spotted on a bustling New York City street. However, maybe it's what she was thinking might happen. The headline-making political pair were seen walking together downtown when, in an awkward moment captured on now-viral video, he appeared to nudge her into a traffic-filled intersection. She burst out exclaiming in anger.

What Happened During the Clintons' Stroll?
As shown in the video and according to the Daily Mail, the couple was sauntering along Madison Avenue. The ex prez was wearing a blue suit and tie, while Hillary was in a gray pantsuit and dark sunglasses. They were accompanied by several men identified as Secret Service personnel and staff members. The Clintons looked to be in good spirits.
Then Bill Clinton seemed to (perhaps inadvertently) nudge Hillary a little too near an intersection filled with oncoming vehicles. She reacts quickly, saying, "No, no, no, no, no. Don't do that. Don't do that." She goes back to the sidewalk.
Bill Clinton replies, "That's not a good idea," possibly a bit sheepishly.
Both Clintons Were Recently in the News
Bill and Hillary Clinton were the focus of attention a few days ago when they both testified to the House Oversight Committee. The subject was the late disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein and either of the Clintons connection to him.
Per the outlet, "He [Clinton]...told the panel that he severed ties with Epstein well before his crimes were known."
The former president said, "[If] I had any inkling of what he was doing - I would have turned him in myself."
According to USA Today, Hillary Clinton testified that she did not know Jeffrey Epstein, never flew on his aircraft or visited his island. Clinton said she knew his frequent companion, Ghislaine Maxwell "casually."
"Like every decent person, I've been horrified by what we have learned about their crimes," Clinton said.
Although Bill Clinton knew Epstein, neither he not his wife have been accused of any instances of wrongdoing in relation to him.
