The country music star faces a long road ahead as far as recovery goes. Graham is lucky to be alive after a near-deadly traffic accident.

"I am so grateful for my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for bringing me through this accident," he wrote in a statement posted to Facebook. "I am overwhelmed by the generosity. And outpouring of support from so many people. I am out of the hospital and have an extremely long recovery. I'm honestly not sure if/when I can get back to touring. And connecting with you lovely folks as my future looks so different."

Once he recovers, he will reassess his ability to perform. But right now, he's focused on his health.

"At which time I will reassess what I am able to do," he wrote. "I have to take this day by day. And I'm not sure yet what that looks like and I ask for your patience as I don't know where this goes at this point.

The country music star urges his fans not to take anything for granted. He's very grateful for all of the support they have showed him during his time of need.

"Please hug your friends and family and tell them how much you love them because tomorrow is not promised," Graham added. "I have been through so many things in my life and the mountain before me feels overwhelming at the moment, but I can promise you I will not stop trying to come back from this. I am so grateful for the unwavering support from each of you and thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping me through this."

The country music star is back home now after a stay in the hospital. He will be focused on recovering from his injuries and spending time with family. We wish him the best in his health.
