"Got out of the hospital today and that update is coming," Graham wrote. "...I've got a long road ahead of me and I'm super grateful for everyone's outpouring of support, thoughts and prayers. I don't know what the immediate future looks like, but I don't need to because all I've got is today and I'm grateful for God and his grace."

During the same post, which included a photograph of Graham and his wife sitting in a car, he shared his gratitude for his spouse, revealing that Tuesday was the couple's 21st anniversary.

"Today is all about this lady sitting next to me. It's our 21st anniversary and I'm not sure how I would've made it all these years without her by my side," Graham wrote. "I love you more than you'll ever know, you are my Oklahoma Baby. Happy anniversary, sweetheart. Let's do it again next year."

Fans have rallied around J.D. Graham since his car crash. The popular singer released a GoFundMe following his major injuries. The crowdfunding request has now amassed $69,000 from 715 donations.

"We want to say thank you. The calls, messages, prayers, and support have meant more to us than we can ever explain. We truly feel surrounded by love right now," Graham's family wrote during an update on the GoFundMe page. "So many people have been asking where they can donate or what they can do to help, and creating this page felt like the easiest way to have everything in one place for those who have been wanting to support my dad and Amy during this time."
