Elijah Blue Allman has been arrested on trespassing charges. Elijah is the son of Cher and the late Greg Allman. The arrest on the campus of an elite prep school in Concord, New Hampshire.

Officers responded to St. Paul's School for the report of an unwanted guest on Friday evening, just before 7 PM local time. It was reported that a male -- identified as Elijah -- was in the dining hall, "causing a disturbance and acting belligerently," police told TMZ.
Elijah was booked into Merrimack County Jail. He's reportedly been charged with two counts of simple assault, one count each of criminal trespass, criminal threatening and disorderly conduct. He has since been released without the need for bail. An arraignment date will be set in the future.
"He has no clear association with the school ... and our sources say they don't know why he was there. Elijah is primarily based in Southern California," TMZ reported.
According to TMZ, Elijah has no connection to the school. There is somewhat of a mystery as to why he was on the campus and what led to his erratic behavior.
Elijah Blue Allman Has Previously Been Hospitalized for Similar Behaviour
This isn't the first time Elijah has been in a situation like this. He was reportedly rushed to a Californian medical facility in June 2025.
"Authorities responded to a call about a man behaving erratically at the residence. When deputies arrived, paramedics were already on scene, evaluating Elijah," TMZ reported.
TMZ then continued by noting that drugs had been found inside Elijah's home as he was being transported to the hospital.
"Law enforcement sources told us drugs were discovered inside the home, and while Elijah was transported to the hospital for treatment, an investigation into the incident remains ongoing," the report continued.
Currently, there is no information as to whether Elijah's brush with the law is the subject of drug usage. However, as the investigation continues, any new information will likely be shared with the public.
Cher previously filed for conservatorship of Elijah back in 2023 due to "severe mental health and substance abuse issues." However, they managed to resolve that situation within a few months and Cher withdrew her claim.
